DOMFD Portal Login Help: PieNet, Skill Slice & Dom Knows

Can't log into your DOMFD training portal? The most common cause is that your store manager has not yet activated your account. Default passwords are typically your national insurance number or the word “pizza”. If those don't work, call the DCC help desk at 888-265-3030.

5-Step Login Troubleshooting Guide

Step 1

Confirm Your Account Has Been Activated

The single most common login failure is that your store manager has not yet activated your profile in PieNet. This must be done by a manager or designated trainer, not automatically at hire.

Step 2

Try the Default Password Patterns

If activation is confirmed, try these credential patterns in order: (1) your national insurance number or social security number, (2) the word 'pizza' (lowercase), (3) your employee ID with a capital first letter, (4) your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.

Step 3

Use the Forgot Password Flow

Most DOMFD systems have a password reset option on the login screen. Use the email address that HR recorded during your onboarding paperwork. Check spam/junk folders for the reset email.

Step 4

Contact Your Store Manager Directly

If none of the above works, your manager can reset your PieNet password directly from their admin panel. Bring this request to your next shift or call the store.

Step 5

Call the DCC Help Desk

For persistent system-level issues, call the Domino's DCC (Direct Communications Center) technical help line at 888-265-3030. Have your store number and employee ID ready before calling.
