Primary Responsibilities
- •Operate POS (point-of-sale) terminals for dine-in, phone, and online orders
- •Handle incoming phone call orders with accuracy and speed
- •Process cash, card, and contactless payment transactions
- •Count change accurately and reconcile drawer at end of shift
- •Manage front counter inquiries and handle order corrections
- •Memorize and communicate current promotional deals
- •Escalate unresolved complaints to shift manager

- •Load and unload high-temperature conveyor ovens on schedule
- •Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
- •Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation to all cold ingredients
- •Date label and cover all prepped items per food safety standards
