Domino's In-Store Jobs: CSR & Pizza Maker Guide

In-store roles at Domino's are available from age 16. The two core entry-level positions are the Customer Service Representative (CSR) who manages orders and front-counter operations, and the Pizza Maker who handles all kitchen production. Both roles share the same starting pay and training schedule.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate POS (point-of-sale) terminals for dine-in, phone, and online orders
  • Handle incoming phone call orders with accuracy and speed
  • Process cash, card, and contactless payment transactions
  • Count change accurately and reconcile drawer at end of shift
  • Manage front counter inquiries and handle order corrections
  • Memorize and communicate current promotional deals
  • Escalate unresolved complaints to shift manager

Pizza Maker

Primary Responsibilities

  • Stretch raw dough to correct size using hand or roller technique
  • Apply standardized sauce quantities using portioning spoodles
  • Place toppings in correct sequence and coverage per product spec
  • Load and unload high-temperature conveyor ovens on schedule
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
  • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation to all cold ingredients
  • Date label and cover all prepped items per food safety standards

Hand-toss technique preferred; roller acceptable

Ladle-measured to standardized weight per pizza size

Oven Temperature

Conveyor ovens run at 450–480°F (~232–249°C)
